ABOUT
Graniten’s Digital Pad Printer (DPP) enables our customers to increase their capability of late stage customization, decrease their inventory level and increase their savings on consumables all in a smaller footprint.
The DPP adds print designs using a pdf-file, making it an efficient and a cost effective way of printing on Blow Fill Seal (BFS) or similar products.
Robust and Clear Prints
Graniten’s Digital Pad Printer uses CMYK full colour on a treated surface, creating a more robust, durable and clear print, which is then UV hardened to ensure a non-fade and smudge free end result and increased safety and quality.
The DPP provides you with repeatability of colour on the product, reducing the amount of faulty prints to be discarded, thus decreasing cost and increasing OEE. Being solvent free, it allows you to be environmentally responsible, whilst still getting a strong durable print.
Automatic Print Control
To increase error proofing, Graniten’s Digital Pad Printer includes an integrated and automatic print control, using vision technology, that automatically rejects faulty products, making sure only correctly printed products reach the end customer. The machine comes with a unique, short conversion time between different batches, close-to-zero (C2Z) changeover time (~3 min).

Designed for pharmaceutical production, this leakage testing machine for BFS products is the ideal solution for feeding flow wrapping machines etc. Enables each incoming product to be handled individually and arranges outgoing flow in an even manner and synchronized with downstream equipment.

ABOUT
Designed for pharmaceutical production. The machine is based upon a linear servo drive system which enables each incoming product to be handled individually regardless of the characteristics of the incoming product flow. Yet the outgoing flow is always arranged in an even manner and synchronized with downstream equipment due to a built-in buffer system. This makes the machine the ideal solution for feeding flow wrapping machines etc.
The machine can detect pinholes in plastic BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) products using world class leakage detection technology from Brevetti C.E.A. Defective products are rejected into a reject bin which can be emptied at any time during production.
