Graniten Symposium 2024

Having the chance to host and organize a symposium, and to engage closely in sharing thoughts and ideas that unite us as people, is truly special. 

We would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who contributed their knowledge and insights about our industry and the challenges we’re navigating. To our partners who participated in our technology fair, your engagement made it both interesting and enriching.

Thank you all, for being part of this Symposium and making it an exciting and rewarding experience for all of us.

SUMMARY

We all met at Bokenäset where we took a boat trip with “Byfjorden” in our beautiful archipelago and the unique environment of the Bohus granite. We were blessed with sunny weather and a blue sky, it could not have been a better setting to start off our Symposium 2024!

On Thursday, we gathered our customers and partners at Graniten HQ for a full day on the topic of sustainability and circular economy. We discussed the challenges we face, and how we together can make a difference for the industry and for the planet. Many great insights and learnings from our speakers.

In the afternoon we welcomed everyone to a technology fair in our Production area where we together with our partners  showcased the latest technology and innovations in the industry.

The Symposium was then summarized in a panel discussion moderated by Magnus Wall, where all participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the learnings from the day.

Finally, we had a barbeque together with our Employees, Partners and Customers where we enjoyed each others company in the beautiful setting of Kärranäs. A nice way to sum up the event and enjoy together!

We are already looking forward to our next Graniten Symposium in 2026!
