Graniten journey
Kim’s journey with Graniten started while he was still an Automation Engineer student, joining us for an internship. From day one, Kim impressed us with his technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and positive energy.
Moving to Uddevalla
Taking a leap, he moved to Uddevalla for his first internship period, where he quickly became a part of the team. After a successful start, Kim continued the second part of his internship at our Malmö office with the Service & Aftermarket team — and it didn’t take long before we knew we wanted him onboard full-time.

Automation to Service
Kim initially started in the Automation department, but he soon discovered that Service Engineering was his true calling. He loves being out in the field, seeing machines in action, and supporting our customers first hand.
And there’s an added bonus: his role lets him combine his passion for engineering with his love for traveling.
This year alone, Kim has been to India, Italy, Belgium, the Czech Republic, and across the Nordics — supporting SAT installations and optimizing machine efficiency on-site.
Passion for Robots
And here’s a fun fact: instead of collecting souvenirs, Kim marks his travels by adding a tattoo for each new country he visits.
His latest? A robot tattoo from Italy — a nod to one of our projects there.
Today, Kim is an important part of our Service & Aftermarket team in Malmö, working closely with customers to ensure our solutions continue to deliver value long after installation. Whether he’s commissioning new equipment, performing service visits, or providing technical support, Kim tackles every challenge with professionalism and passion.
